This is a pretty disgusting article from Lupica. First, I have noted that I can understand a manslaughter case against Zimmerman because his actions did have a direct effect on Martin's death.

Here though Lupica argues that.........

And no one would ever say that the prosecution has made its case against Zimmerman,........

Still despite admitting that he believes Zimmerman should still be found guilty of something. That's a pretty despicable position to take.

Sure he did. After all, GZ himself had a gun! Why would he think the "suspect" as he called TM, would not have one? GZ liked to fight. Why would he think the "suspect" would not?

That's context.

You all have my deepest condolences both because of the loss of Trayvon Martin and the loss of this trial.
You should also feel sympathy for those who mistakenly think of GZ as a hero. They are obviously fellow victims of being stuffed in lockers when in High School and are quite possibly fellow snitches. LOL
There are extremes on both sides of this.

Nothing...now. Who in their right mind would want anything to do with it given all that was said about it in this case?
Not me that's for sure. The last thing I need is the expense of any type of litigation that could arise from being involved in anyone else's business. Why call the cops, you may get sued. Why observe someone, they may come back and hit you or worse and certainly never, ever follow someone because you could end up sitting in the defendants chair fighting for your life or....dead.

Society today has proven one thing, no good deed goes unpunished.

Must be tough for Travyon's parents sitting there finally realizing what a crappy case the State put on for their dead son.
correct! State atty yesterday talked to the jurors like they were little kids. Personally I would have been insulted with the little temper tantrum the state put on yesterday. I was on a jury one time, I did not like the fact that the prosecution talked to me like I was one step above needing to go to school on the short bus.

Emotion will play a part in what the jury decides. All it takes is one to see it the defense's way against the other 5, or vice versa, and that will be that.

What's totally disgusting is the State wanted to bring in the 3rd degree Felony Child Abuse charges at the last minute yesterday.

That IMO shows they will do anything for some type of conviction.

Surprised they've not charged him with Felony abuse of the 911 system.
