Until a few minutes ago I didn't know the jury had the picture of tm showing his upper physique from a few months before his death. Not as good for the defense as the fighting video, but they at least will see he wasn't the skinny stick of macaroni portrayed by the state.

I suppose they could come down with it at midnight. I'm not sure what rules apply as to calling court in session during verdict decision time. My guess is it could come any time.
