A troubling subtext of the entire trial and the situation is young thugs should have the run of the streets at night and good law abiding citizens should fearfully tremble behind locked doors….
….a remarkable thing about all the witness reactions was that all the community members were obviously terrified to actually intervene i.e. “get involved” to stop the fight, they didn’t even want to get up close enough to have a good view of what was happening…the populace is fearful….afraid….this is what the thug/race baiters rely on…lawful people cowering in fear….
He was there because he was searching for TM... Not following. TM came back and let himself get "found".
LOL okay I surrender. I have never been a fan of semantics. He lost him while following him in the dark and ended up searching for him. Got it. He should have stayed in his vehicle and let the cops do the searching.
I'm in hln and mom isn't done yet. I think he's done an ok job. Not knocked out of the park but he's been understandable and polite. He has been clear on his points as well.
The state is cooked. That is what happens when you charge someone when you don't have evidence to support it.
