Good luck...if you are a scary black guy and totally innocent they will take you away. I am sure that whites fending off black hooligans is passable....and blacks fending off other blacks gets a pass...but a black man shooting a white man...that get's sketchy especially if the police force is primarily white....I would not stand my ground if I were you- make a dash for the back door and get the hell out of there.
Nope. I'm not looking forward to shooting anyone, and i'd hate to do that under ANY circumstance. I value life. I see it as a last resort.
But if i've gotta pop your ass and you happen to be white, you're getting it just like everyone else. If i've gotta do time, then i'll do the time. I won't have any other choice.
But i'm not gonna be a victim just because the antagonist is white. LMAO...that's crazy.
She was standing her ground, she wanted him to leave her alone. If she would actually killed him she would have still be in jail
You can't stand your ground (legally) and fire a warning shot. Stand your ground laws apply to people who are in immediate danger, in fear for their lives and defend their lives. If you're in a position where you are in fear for your life and need to defend yourself you don't fire a warning shot.
Maybe that's how they do it in the ghettos, but in the real world that is called assault when you attack someone for no obvious reason.
I wouldn't know...i don't live in or near a ghetto. You're the authority on ghettos.
All i know is that if i catch you following me, and you approach me in a hostile manner, be prepared to swallow your teeth if you get within an arms length of me. You're not gonna punch me first.
And what does smoking weed have to do with anything?
He was found to have stolen jewelry and burglary tools but I'm sure he was just holding on to them for someone else... like the gun and weed he took pictures of with his phone.

But Zimmerman wasn't. Trayvon was. Zimmerman followed Travon after the operator told him not, too. Trayvon stood his ground when Zimmerman approached him,and he got murdered. Like I said Stand your ground does not apply to blacks.
