He will aquitted on all charges on this case, he will be convited in his civil lawsuit. ala OJ
If I were him, I'd file a lawsuit the moment the verdict came back not guilty. First name the DA/state for malicious prosecution and sue the Martin's family for slander and libel for the perjury/press releases they have been involved with since the trial began.
FTR: I may not like the way Zimmerman handled the situation, but Florida's "Stand Your Ground" law made his actions legal. If the people of Florida do not like this law, they should vote in change and not take it out on a man who should have been protected by the legislation they disagree with.

That's a good thing. I never understood how one can be found not guilty of murder, yet have to pay financially for the rest of their life like they were convicted. Isn't this contrary to the spirit of "double jeopardy"?
I don't think the prosecution has done a good enough job proving second degree murder, but based off what I've seen I would convict him of manslaughter.
It's according to the Judge's instructions. If she allows consideration of a lesser charge (manslaughter) then Zimmerman would have a better chance of being convicted. If she doesn't, then I predict aquittal.
Not to mention that we wouldn't even be having this conversation if GZ wasn't a paranoid racist who pursued Trayvon Martin.
Exactly. the trial is just a Circus for all to see. that's it. It was MURDER. plain and simple.
