Now they're saying that Forbes is a liberal rag. LMAO...

Were they saying all that when little Stevie Forbes was running for president, or excoriating Democrats in the media?

No he didnt. The federal debt climbed every year Clinton was in office. The only way you can claim surpluses is if you ignore deficit borrowing he did from intragovernmental departments, which is asinine to do.

Bush left office with spending bills unsigned, and Obama not only signed them, but exapanded the spending by nearly $1T..

Maybe you should learn how our budget process works, because even if you want to claim the 2009 budget belongs to Bush, it was passed by both branches of a Democratic Congress
