What I find hilarious is the phrase "conservative think tank"...no such thing or its a mighty empty tank
Hilarious coming from someone who supports a party that hasn't had a new idea since FDR was President. It is always some variation of more government.

Oh well, I am sure you don't understand.

This is not rocket science for those of us that understand the tech.
When it was done with paper records, an agency could just dump 200 pounds of paper copies on a table and say "Here it is, all of it." and the request was fulfilled at 75¢ a page. That's still the fastest and cheapest way to do it with the electronic files. I see no reason why an agency should have to do the grunt work of going through the files word by word, chasing what may be so scarce as to be close to nonexistent.

I know that the cost of the bailouts and stimuli is closer to the $10-20 trillion range if you include all the guarantees and what the Fed has done ($29 trillion according to one estimate); what I did was include the cost of the direct appropriations, specifically the 2008 Stimulus, the 2009 Stimulus, and TARP.

If you include the extra $28 trillion, it comes to a whopping $35 trillion, enough to buy 3500 Big Digs, which is simply a ridiculous number.
