If someone is beating your head on the cement for 60 seconds, your head will split open or you would lose consciousness.
I believe that Martin was kicking his ass and that's the reason why Zimmerman shot him.
I don't believe in the trial it was said that his head was beat for sixty seconds. That's how long the screams were. The head only has to hit once before you start thinking this could result in death if this goes on much longer. How many times would you let someone pound Your head on cement before you decide that this is serious.
I think Zimmerman is a stupid wannabe cop who saw trayvon and thought he looked suspicious.
I think Zimmerman followed him for the sole intent to make sure he kept eyes on him until the cops got there, so the police could make sure nothing illegal was happening.
I think once he got out of the car to find the nearest address, it spooked trayvon even more and trayvon confronted him and attacked him.
I don't think zimmermans fears were unreasonable because you never know who is carrying a gun these days.
I think Zimmerman feared for his safety and life, I mean I would too if someone smashed the back of my head into concrete...
I think Zimmerman shot trayvon to stop the attack.
If this was a racially charged attack Zimmerman never would have called the cops and he wouldn't have fired just one shot.
Zimmerman could have easily shot trayvon a few times and have driven off and never been suspected.
While I think Zimmerman is a moron, he's an innocent moron.
The testimony from the neighbor who said trayvon was on top of Zimmerman attacking him moments before getting shot says it all.
I don't think Martin was screaming, I think it was Zimmerman.
I think Zimmerman was paranoid and really felt in danger for his life, however I don't believe that his life was really in danger.
Zimmermans' fears were unreasonable.
Involuntary manslaughter.
Can you (or anyone other than Zimmerman) know what Zimmerman's fears were? The answer is no. Zimmerman doesn't even need to be touched to fear for great bodily harm or in danger of his life.
NOT GUILTY...
Too bad that other states don't deal with such an event as this like the state of Texas.
