exactly, so, simple instruction to jury might be

using the evidence provided to you during this trial was there criminal negligence? if so you might convict GZ with manslaughter

Well at least on of the jurors disagrees with you. And right now, their opinion is 1000 times more important than yours.

This is why jurors are vetted.

But its in the back of your mind. You are human still. Even though you might not talk about it, you still know in your heart how you feel? I don;t think I could not think about it.

I think a few on there are thinking with their hearts. Whatever you believe it's hard to argue Trayvon deserved to die. He wasn't mugging anyone or attacking anyone BEFORE Zimmerman came upon him. Even if you think as I suspect that Trayvon was casing homes to burglarize later that doesn't warrant a death sentence. He would be alive if Zimmerman acted responsibly. Trayvon could have done things differently too but Zimmerman was the adult.

the job of a security guard or LEO is to get very close to confrontation, its their job to.

what exactly do you do for a living?

coal workers, cooks, bank tellers, yeah, they dont try to get close to or need to get close to confrontational situations.

Then you shouldn't serve as a juror. Justice needs to be blind.

I struggled with the same thing, but I tried really hard to follow the judges instructions. I actually had trouble sleeping the night before the deliberation.

In the end I felt I/we made the right decision

I wish I would have saved some of my 4th of July fireworks in case he is acquitted. I'm sure it would have gone over well here in Sanford.

J/k

You blow off fireworks in honor of Zimmerman, I blow them in honor of Thomas Jefferson

We have different ideas of heroism.
