Well, in Latin America, pigs (and the pork that comes with them) are a big part of farming community, so, by calling someone of Latino heritage "porky", you are essentially dishing out a hurtful comment.
I live in AZ and can definitely dispute your statement. We've certainly got crime, no mistake there but it's mostly what I call equal opportunity crime with a larger hispanic base.
As for this thread? I think it's been beat to death now. Those that think one way or the other will never change their minds, so be it.
I'd like to call for closure, Mods???
The White kids are more of a threat in my opinion. I avoid the West Valley at all costs.
If I ever had to shoot someone in an absolute legitimate self defense situation, and the person I had to shoot happened to be black, is there any chance that I would not be portrayed as a racist in the media?
Probably not.
Careful though--if you stalk someone in a car and by foot and then shoot them after they gave you a boo-boo (a'la Zimmerman), you might be portrayed as a murderer.
"Amphetamine mixed salts is generally used for the treatment of ADHD and narcolepsy. These are the only two conditions for which the United States Food and Drug Administration has approved its use. However, it is sometimes prescribed off-label for other conditions such as depression. It has been used to treat obesity, but the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists does not recommend this use. Nearly 14 million monthly prescriptions for the condition were written for Americans ages 20 to 39 in 2011, two and a half times the 5.6 million just four years before, according to the data company I.M.S. Health."

You are in Florida so at least you would never have to worry about being taken to trial.
Sordid past can only be as long as one has a past Counselor. You can attend school regularly and still have a sordid past (again length doesn't matter).
Why is it you felt the need to bring race into this discussion? I didn't. I just pointed out "Saint Treyvon" was not necessarily a Saint when you look at his past. Every one on team T.M. brought up G.Z.'s past, what's fair is fair.
This is something you need to come to grips with. T.M. had a past (sordid) where he reportedly had anger/fighting issues, school suspensions and had illegal drugs in his system. Nothing about color in that, just a young man who was not perfect and seemingly had a propensity for violence.
Perhaps it's my background of talking to real criminals in real prisons which informs my opinion about Trayvon Martin not being a bad kid and not having a sordid past. IMO, your perception of Martin as a kid with a "sordid" past is a bit naive.
School suspension does not equal criminal record. If every kid that got caught drawing on a desk/locker/etc. was labeled as a "criminal" nearly every high schooler would be labeled as such. Hell, am I a criminal because I doodled on my desk during a boring class when I was 16? Or because I cut class once in a while?
Are you blind? Read the part in bold.
