...The physical altercation took place away from the townhouse. It wasn't in the back yard. And why didn't Trayvon call the police?!? (Answer: Because he left the safety of the townhouse with malice aforethought and wanted to teach the creepy-assed cracker a lesson.)
I didn't see testimony from the 12 year old boy, at the townhouse where Martin was staying, state that Martin arrived back. Did you?
the defense brought up a good point Martian had 4 minutes to leave and go home but he did not
why did HE not call 911 if he felt threatened?? he did not
if George Zimmerman tracked this kid down to kill him then way did he call 911??

That one simple fact would have been enough for me.
TM couldda been in front of the TV at Daddy's girlfriend's
house eatin' Skittles before Zimm got off the phone with 911.
TM didn't use his four minute head start to travel the short
distance to his destination. He doubled back and confronted Zimm.

He wasn't scared for his safety. He ran to hide something that maybe a lucky resident of the complex found dry. He saw it was a shortish whitish guy watching him. Nothing to worry about. Angry that a creepy ass cracker disrupted his evening, he circled back to teach the pest a lesson. The rest is history.
Maybe. imo. Perhaps.

"I asked him where he at, and he told me he at the back of his daddy fiancee house."
It's an essential piece of evidence and very credible because it goes against her bias and the prosecution's bias. It's an admission against interest, and those are normally credible. (Why would she make up a statement that would help the defense if it weren't true, especially after she had been coached by Crump and the prosecution?)
All those townhouses look alike. Trayvon could have been mistaken or trying to reassure Rachel. Just curious, how long after he told Rachel this did she hear him ask, "why are you following me?"

Even with Martian hyperdrive technology it takes a good 7 minutes to get to Mars.
Only because it's convenient to characterize him as "white" in these circumstances. The Politically Correct are masters at adapting data and semantics to fit their agenda of the day.
Possibly. Remember, the law states if one "believes" they are in danger. The belief system of a person cannot be objectively analyzed as evidence. Especially if that person does not testify (Zimmerman) and the other person cannot testify (Martin).
It's has to be a reasonable belief.
I teach the Florida self defense statutes, you can't tell me anything I don't already know about the Florida 776 statutes.
