I don't understand why this is even a big deal. Is it because it was a Goldman Sach's big wig, because it had racial components? Why is this fight with a drunk that got physical any different than the probable hundreds of similar fights that took place all across the country this weekend?
Didn't you guys watch the Jersey Shore? Drunk guy acts stupid = gets punched is nothing exceptional in this country. Not saying it's right, just don't get why this one is being plucked out as a sensation.
So when will i see the day when a black man is called N-word by a white person and he laughs?
I;m Black by the way and sick of so many black people reacting this way to a certain word which really means they allow white people to control their actions.
Actually, punching the guy in the face for doing what he did is quite legal and falls under the legal concept of "fighting words". I would doubt charges would be brought but perhaps there is more to the story.
Seems like the guy might have a substance abuse problem.
The puncher was arrested and charged with assault.

Yeah i see your point but he was with his lady friend. He was defending her honor well until he took off and left her there.
Sorry chuck I'm no lefty but if some drunk ahole comes up screaming at me while I'm out having dinner with my lady he's asking for a left hook.
