I heard enough evidence along with my own experiences with young thugs and knowing EXACTLY how they act especially in large groups with their friends and I can pretty much imagine what happened.I would have done same thing as far as pulling the gun and if I had seen a weapon pointed at me from the thugs car I would have fired as well.
If he would have turned the music down or went home he'd be alive.
So what you are saying is that if someone does not like the music (because that is what it boiled down to) that I'm playing regardless of the volumn I should turn it down? Really? Who made them the music critic for everyone else? If they had been playing Tiny bubbles by Lawrence Welk or whatever his favorite song was would he had wanted them to turn it down?

Was it proven that the "thugs" had a weapon and pointed it at Dunn? No weapon was found and introduced as evidence. As pointed out, if they kids had a weapon, why didn't they use it when Dunn started shooting at them?

Lousy police work/thugs ditched it. How do you know I don't have a gun? Also I live in a very nice place. Only thugs here are merely passing through and know their job ain't to stay in town to long they are noticed...one thing I do enjoy about here..we know everyone else...strangers stand out like a sore thumb...especially thugs..when I must get near thugs I make sure I am packing as is the wife...I don't hesitate to ask them to turn it down...never had a problem...YET.
this is an open and shut case. if he gets off, its proof that you can gun down any black person in florida for any reason and get away with it.
if he gets off, id reccomend to every black citizen of florida to get a gun
It's not just black people that are getting gunned down.
You would have to have lived in FL to hear about the many cases like this that don't make the national news.
In FL there have been several road rage incidents ending in the death of one of the parties involved and no conviction for the shooter. The other driver says "I felt threatened", even though the fact that they stopped their car to get into a confrontation seems to go by the wayside.
Another popular one is disputes between neighbors, in other states it might come to a fistfight at worst, in FL many times it ends up with someone lying dead.
So it's not just black people, the texting shooting involved two white males.
