There should have been one if people felt that passionately about it. If Trayvon Martin's parents did not, we wouldn't even know about this. As much as it's been in the media, Zimmerman is a free man and Trayvon Martin is still dead. Sometimes there are cases that catch America's attention and divide us. This was one of them.

Because rallies against rich people didn't become hip until Occupy, which was 10 years after OJ.

Hell they still aren't hip, you rally against a rich person you will get demonized.

But the question should be asked, why did this case catch America's attention? I feel it was manufactured by the media, and for reasons that I find appalling and disgusting. They want to keep stirring the pot. There is nothing about this case that was remarkable. Similar incidents probably happen literally everyday in the U.S. Yet, this incident gets blown way out of proportion for reasons(race) that have nothing to do with the actual event.
A number of people should have egg on their face, but they'll simply wait around and pounce on the next incident that involves the perception of the race card.

That Incident was popular because OJ was famous. It had little to do with race. If it was George Clooney and Stacy Keebler it would have been just as popular. OJ was one of the first mass market sports stars.

Yep, just like Al Sharpton's racial hustling incidents from the Tawana Brawley case to the Duke lacrosse rape allegations.

Oh come in now. What about all of the football player sexual assault cases? It is very American to focus on the bad behavior of golden boys. Every case with athletes gets outsized attention.

What about Kobe's rape case. Was that playing the race card? Tiger Woods?

And OJ didn't divine America? There were two camps: the majority of blacks who just defended the black guy and whites and blacks with sense.

And Ron Goldman's father pushed and pushed and won a civil suit against OJ and never gave up. Can you really say the media treated him with as much respect as they did Tylenol Martin's parents?

I thought you were only 14 at the time, yet you know how the media treated Ron Goldman's father????

Yes, and Martin's family can do the same thing, so what?

When OJ was found guilty of killing a beautiful European woman, the blacks danced in the street...when Zimmerman was found not guilty by self defense for shooting a man who was trying to beat him up, the blacks rallied.

Why is this not considered racist?
