I understand that there was reasonable doubt, which is why he wasn't convicted of a crime, but where do you get that he "WOULD have died"? Do you see where there is no way you can state that? You can say he was in serious danger, being harmed or could have died, but I strongly disagree with your statement.

Not trying to be overly critical, but people are building on what the verdict actually was in this case.

TM was going for GZ's gun.

GZ had a broken nose and several contusions on the back of his head.
