I've got a family and a career that means a lot to me, the last thing I need is some whack job on the internet trying to ruin something I worked very hard for because I said something that pissed them off. This isn't my first rodeo.
I served from 1986 to 1992, stationed at Ft. Carson and Schofield Barracks.
Unlike some alleged vets, I'm not scared of telling others. I guess that is because I'm proud of my service and not worried about anonymous strangers on the internetz.
I cannot believe how fearful people are. Scared of their own shadow. They aren't like vets I know.
My husband might know you then. He was there at the same time. Or at least in 1992 -

I see where cometclear was demeaning someone for not putting enough military info up~ don't see his info up anywhere.
As far as flags go I'd like to see the people that think they must fly a ripped up faded rag for a symbol of how much they love the country that a lot of members of our military died for learn to burn flags. And yes, I am a flag burner. Do it in my VFW as it needs to be done. Yes, I have 20 years military experience. And I've probably got more sympathy for flag burners than tattered flag wavers.
So now cometclear~ tell us all about your extended military service. We'll check it out.
Yet you live here. It must be nice to have no conviction or courage in life.
Conviction of what? If one had conviction and respect for the symbols of our nation then there would not be a whole faction who viciously demean and defame the Elected Chief Executive with vile and disgusting labels.
