Teaching Islam is only going to create problems for the UK. The Islamists in the nation will insist that you only teach a sanitized version that only extols the good of Islam. If they dare mention anything negative or contrary to the baloney they teach one another, then the cries of blasphemy and all the death threats will come pouring out.

Good point, so how does one introduce the history of Islam without causing a riot from the radicals?
Britain is dealing with their population change the same way the US is with ours.
For them it's the increase in Muslims and so religion is important.
For us, it's the increase in Hispanics and so language is important.
