Your premise is based on assumptions, mine is based on the facts as we know it. Trayvon's bad actions took place *at school*. If he were over 18, he would no longer be in school, so how exactly would those "official records" of bad behavior in school work?
His school records are confidential. Info re the 3 suspensions were leaked.

If Martin/Fulton want Trayvon the human being on display, let them authorize the release of all his school records, the cell phone and videos still not public. Fat chance. They think they can control the image of The Child forever. Eventually, The Truth will come out about him and them.

M-DSPD internal affairs investigation revealed in October 2011 Trayvon Martin was searched by School Resource Officer, Darryl Dunn. The search of Trayvon Martin’s backpack turned up at least 12 pcs of ladies jewelry, and a man’s watch, in addition to a flat head screwdriver described as “a burglary tool”.

When Trayvon was questioned about who owned the jewelry and where it came from, he claimed he was just holding it for a “friend”. A “friend” he would not name.

So are we now believing Rachel's testimony? Oh good. So what do you make of her saying that Trayvon said "he's behind me" right before the confrontation?

Wouldn't that support the theory that Zimmerman was following Trayvon and had finally found him?

Regular people don't walk next to houses peering into windows. Hundreds of people a day walk past my house & no one does that. They occasionally cut through a yard, but never near a house or stare at a house. They keep on movin-on.
What thief stops for a snack prior to breaking into a home?

And there is no evidence Trayvon stopped and stared.

Haven't read the whole thread, but isn't the death of a 17 year old healthy male a "failure" somehow?

I don't care if he had Jimmy Hoffa's head in a bag. Zimmerman isn't a cop. He did his job and called the Police. They told him to stay out of it. Because he had a gun. He decides to act like a tough guy and gets his butt kicked by a 17 year old. Then he shot him.

If Zimmerman did not have a gun. He would have never gotten out of the car.

You mean the same 4 minutes when Zimmerman tells the dispatcher he was following Trayvon (and has heavy breathing indicative of exertion)? So Zimmerman used his 4 minutes to follow Travyon?

No one is saying Trayvon took off in an Olympic sprint. Maybe he ducked out of view and then resumed walking thinking he'd lost Zimmerman.

I didn't say I believe her testimony. I was responding to someone else who does, though and pointed out that, if we are to believe her testimony, that her testimony showed that the timeline allowed Trayvon to get far far away from any confrontation.
