Two words that are radioactive to right wing propaganda mongers and the people that swear by them. The OP provided a link that any informed person would be embarrassed to cite. A propaganda rag that Goebbels would be proud to endorse and the poster refers to Hitler...oh, the irony.

In the days following the attacks, White House and senior State Department officials altered accurate
talking points drafted by the Intelligence Community in order to protect the State Department.
So the authors of the report accept that the Intelligence Community created accurate talking points.
Now, because the talking points have been released, we know what the Intelligence Community was telling the Obama Administration.
The initial talking points from the Intelligence Community characterized the attack in Benghazi as "spontaneously inspired by the protests at the U.S. Embassy in Cairo." The protests in Cairo were linked to the video. In fact, an early update to the talking points by the CIA added that the CIA had warned the embassy in Cairo that there would be demonstrations linked to the video. The initial talking points from the CIA also characterized the attackers/demonstrators as a mixed crowd, only part of whom were extremists linked to Al Qaeda.
So you can claim it was a fairy tale, but the fairy tale originated in the CIA, not the White House or from the Obama campaign.
Then you should educate yourself on the facts of what occurred in Benghazi.
