As I stated in my post , and you seemed to have missed, if you start your complaint at the physical confortation, you have discounted all other actions proir to that point...Now you understand?
Only a truely delusion person would believe Trayvon Martin and George Zimmerman were not beamed down to that spot on the side walk with out any prior interaction.

george zimmerman isn't even white. he is hispanic with an afro-peruvian grand mother.
The liberal media say he is white. If they declare him white, then liberals say he is white. That's the reason Holder is looking into whether a 'white' man violated the civil liberties of a black man. I haven't heard him say that he'll also consider the possibility that a black man violated the civil liberties of a white man by accosting him, not to mention the very real possibility that the government violated Z's rights by making a politically motivated, unwarranted arrest. There's a can of worms there that isn't being investigated yet.
To answer the question posed by the OP, I guess it depends on what race you are. Some get preferential treatment, like the black panthers did.

What an imagination you have! Who said they were beamed down? We already know where everyone was, how they got there and the results.

I hope you are starting to see the point being made, Martin didn't just randomly start attacking Zimmerman, there were events that lead to that point and something had to happen to cause Martin to fight back, thus does that mean one can only defend themselves if they have a gun in hand and is willing to kill the other person or can they use their fists tp defend themselves as well? What would be the difference between shooting someone to death and beating them to protect yourself?

Who said he was white? I have always heard Zimmerman being described as Hispanic.
