Milwaukee beating victim says attackers cited Trayvon Martin

It is sad that this incident has sparked more violence across the country. I can't help but feel that the media helped fuel some of this.

I don't agree with it being televised. In fact it should not be allowed in any trial. Just like the Casey Anthony trial, most would not have paid attention if it wasn't on TV

I don't watch TV so I managed to avoid it altogether.

[i have no problem with court proceedings being televised]

Most of what I know about this whole issue is from thread titles on CD. I've read some editorials online as well. Thankfully my life doesn't include much tv or this sort of obsession.

If not they'll just burn down their own neighborhoods and afterwards wonder why unemployment in the hood is so high when companies stop doing business there.
