I think Zimmerman started reaching for his weapon quite soon when he found himself on the ground, and that Trayvon grew aware of this and fought for his life.
Wouldn't TM logically have tried to grab the gun and take it away/point it away instead of punching GZ in the face, smashing GZ's head in and allowing GZ in turn to shoot him in the chest?
What evidence do we have that Trayvon went back to his father's house and then circled back to Zimmerman?
None.
You're saying TM DIDN'T run towards his father's, girlfriend's house? You should email the Prosecutor, maybe they can get a re-trial because this is big news if true!
And who was supposed to be back at his vehicle to meet with police? Zimmerman.
Yet who was found away from his vehicle down by the T? Zimmerman.
On the other hand, who would you expect to see near the T since that is where he was staying? Travyon.
So who was not where they were supposed to be?
- GZ was! Unfortunately he was attacked so that delayed him a bit.
- GZ was! That's why GZ was walking East towards his vehicle when TM attacked him.
- No, completely wrong! Brandi Green's house was at the complete other end of that street and that's why no one can explain how he ended up back at the top of the T 3.5 minutes after getting away?
- Neither were where they should have been because TM attacked GZ.
That is his version of events! We don't know what happened that night other than what Rachel was hearing on the phone and said on trial.
You are going to blindly believe the account of what took place that night on GZ's testimony?
Blindly believe? Rachel Jenteal's testimony (you realize she's a Prosecution witness right?), Zimmerman's testimony, the eyewitness and a lie detector test? I get what you're saying that even with all this evidence that it's still not 100% conclusive and I admit speculation does come into it at the end. So, since you're pretty sure all this evidence is worthless, let's hear your theory and the evidence you're basing it on?
Sure it was! Near is a relative term I'll grant you that, but the site of the body/shooting is much nearer to GZ's vehicle than the house TM was staying at and the direction he had run towards. Any way you slice it TM had to turn back after getting away and head most of the way back to GZ's vehicle. Why?
If you have a theory of how TM, after getting away 3.5 minutes earlier got all the way back to that T on the sidewalk I'd love to hear it? GZ was on the phone with the dispatcher for 2 of those minutes, obviously not running after anyone. That leaves 1.5 minutes. The fight had to take 1 minute or more. Where's the time for GZ to chase TM? Much less the time for GZ to get down to Brandi Green's house to chase TM all the way back up to the T where the shooting occurred? You conspiracy theorists accusing GZ don't have a shred of evidence, no motive, no witnesses, nor even a plausible theory of what happened because there simply is none.
Except for the word of a proven liar and a lawyer who is paid to make him believable
If Trayvon had seen the gun from the get go once they were on the ground, Trayvon would've spent his time wrestling for the gun instead of bashing Zimmerman's head in.
No, he probably would have tried to restrain him and subdue Zimmerman so he could get him under control and then call the police. Again, you're assuming Trayvon was some kind of cold-blood killer. There is nothing to indicate that. He wasn't armed. Remember? The guy with the gun, the one who was willing to kill, was Zimmerman.
Please explain how GZ caught up to TM, I'd like to hear this.
Trayvon was headed back home down the dog walk alley-way. Zimmerman was still looking for Trayvon, or if he is to be believed, he was headed back to his truck, and saw Trayvon a few feet down the alley-way and came up behind him.
I believe Rachel's testimony that Trayvon said, "Oh ***, the *** be behind me.." I also don't believe Trayvon laid in wait for Zimmerman to attack him. He was on the phone, he could be heard talking. Not a great way to surprise someone. If you're going to attack someone, you get off the phone.
They picked sides very early on, and never once rationally considered the situation.
Harrier was not active in the Z/M threads before and during the trial, because he wished to allow the evidence to be presented before commenting.
Harrier never had an opinion, he was waiting for the verdict.
Harrier would have accepted a guilty verdict - but that is not what the FACTS showed.
Since the verdict protestors want to pretend that this is a partisan issue - Harrier wil play along.
It seems that liberals made up their mind that Zimmerman was guilty the moment Martin died and that liberals ignore evidence and facts when they don't fit into their manufactured narrative of what they wish had happened.
They are just upset that they didn't get a verdict that fit their political objectives.
Sorry - but it is better that justice was done, and that our system worked.
Why do you quote your screen name over and over? This isnt your show.
The juror speaking out now (forget her name) is saying she made a mistake. and let Martins family down.
She should have stuck to her guns and there would have been a hung jury.

That is not at all what she is saying, you just twist the facts to suit yourself... Learn to listen better..
Since the mainstream media described the very Hispanic George Zimmerman as 'white-Hispanic' why didn't they describe Juror B29 as a 'black-Hispanic' which she clearly is?
Because the media would have lost their racial rant (unfounded) that an all white jury set GZ free.
Without the 'all white' jury connotation the race card couldn't be played to it's fullest.
