If Jesus could show righteous indignation with the Money changers in the temple...why cant anyone else show righteous indignation?
Finding your own justice is more important than Jesus telling us that forgiveness is for us and revenge is from the Father.......amazing how people want their own revenge while thinking how Jesus would do it.
The court room is not a "temple" as you are comparing.
Jesus said, "Peace be with you! As the Father has sent me, I am sending you." And with that he breathed on them and said, "Receive the Holy Spirit. If you forgive anyone his sins, they are forgiven; if you do not forgive them, they are not forgiven." When you fully forgive, God's peace will rest upon you, and the Holy Spirit will comfort you.
Read there was a pro-Z rally in Houston in response to a Black Panther march through a wealthy hood.
Even though there were blacks in the pro-Z crowd, it might as well have been a KKK rally the way the Trayvon supporters were making it out to be.
I saw a portion of both protests yesterday. Both groups were essentially well behaved although there was an incident on Inwood near River Oaks Boulevard wherein a member of the Black Panther procession picked up some feces from one of the Houston Police horses and flung it into someone's yard. That individual was quickly excused by his peers (not the police).
Pretty boring, just the way it should have been. While I find the motivations of both protests unbelievably stupid and fragrantly intended to incite, nothing remarkable happened as far as I am aware - which is a credit to the relative discipline of the "KKK" and the new black panther party.
A 14-year-old boy was shot in the torso and critically wounded in the Lawndale neighborhood Sunday, one of at least seven people shot since late Sunday morning in Chicago, police said.
They do want to hope the masses don't get it the jury made the decision and we all must deal with it. Although OJ was found not guilty his guilty life has led him where he is today. If GZ is guilty, I do believe karma has it's way otherwise.......... the man has the right to get on with his life.
So called karma has kicked in all ready. Where is Zimmerman going to go? His face is recognized in all of America and most of the modern world. He will never be able to walk free again. The best he can do is maybe grow a beard (if he can) and move to some remote village in South America...where he can irk out a living growing potatoes. He is pretty much screwed. Due to media and extremists who glorify and love the race business - He will never be able to "get on with his life" - People do not realize that when a man is ready and willing to kill- he forfeits his life through the act- You see this with mental illness among military who have been in battle and who have killed...There is always a price to pay for barbarism.
Due to media greed...and political greed from the highest office...the whole affair was blown out of proportion. This trial should have been kept as private and civil as possible- but it was not- everyone was effected and even the jury was pressured by public opinion - pro and con. It's a mess- Nothing positive will come from this. How will wisdom be dispersed into the public realm that will bring this matter into clear focus? There is a problem here- Real tolerance - patients really does not exist- what we have in this so-called democracy is mob rule...The mob demands "Justice"- and the President foolishly is inciting the mob to riot. No matter how good Obama's intentions are - his approach is not wise- The road to hell is paved with good intentions.
You don't think that there is outrage about black on black crime? You must think that black folks have some sort of immunity to violence, like it doesn't phase us as much as it does to others. It's possible to be concerned about more than one thing at the same time.

He'll be alright coming to an area like North TX that has a lot of respect for gun rights and laws. We actually have a very diverse community and an attitude of leaving people alone.
There are plenty of Business owners here who will be glad to give GZ a job and a 2nd chance.
Even this guy moved here and nobody really gives a rats azz:

Lose some weight, grow a beard, and 5 minutes from now his so-called 'fame' will be over. You do know that we have the attention span of a gnat, right?
There have been many blacks who are supportive of Zimmerman, and have not been silent. They accept the verdict of the duly sworn jury.
It is only the black "race baiters" who cannot live with the decision, and must foment violence in protest of what they view as a continued "injustice" toward blacks. Nevermind that Martin was the aggressor, and it was Martin, not Zimmerman, with a history of violence.
Martin got the justice he deserved. He lived a life of street violence, and drug use. He would have died sooner or later at the hands of someone, because of who he was. It's that simple.
Zimmerman was the one with the violent record...not Martin. Plus since when is marijuana use a death sentence? I guess it's okay for white kids to do it, but when black kids do it they become thugs. Gotcha.

Well, conservatives can't multi-task OR problem-solve like that so they don't understand that it IS possible to have say, 2 problems, instead of one. Or even (gasp) three problems ALL AT ONCE! Oh my!
It's why they can't focus on anything. It's like a frickin ping pong ball ~ it's the birth certificate! It's Benghazi! It's Umbrella Gate! It's the IRS! It's COMING TO TAKE YOUR GUNS! No, it's PRESIDENTIAL VACATION SCANDALS!
