HHS Admits: You Might Not Be Able to Keep Your Doctor Under Obamacare | The Weekly Standard

Just like many other aspects of this bill, that we've been telling you since the beginning. They finally somewhat admit it.

Default Our idiot leaders now trying to fix the mess they created with Obamacare

Of course like always they pass a ridiculous bill that is a train wreck then think they are the heroes that will now come and fix it. Brain damage on display. Maybe if they read it they could have "fixed" it before passing it?? Meanwhile Obama is preparing to vacation in the vineyards. Those 2.3 million won't be getting any vacation since they will be part time now.

"In Lafayette, Ind., a school district cut the hours of 200 support staff to no more than 29 per week. In Bangor, Maine, the school system is preparing to track and cap the number of hours worked by substitute teachers to ensure that they don't work more than 29 hours a week. Elsewhere, in Portland, Maine, a small business reduced a part-time employee's hours from 35 to 29.
We are hearing reports like this from across the country. Why is this happening?
It's happening because under the Affordable Care Act a "full-time employee" is defined as anyone working an average of 30 hours a week, rather than the traditionally accepted 40-hour work week. Employers with more than 50 full-time employees or full-time equivalents will be required to provide their employees with health insurance or potentially face a financial penalty, essentially a fine.
This rule is causing a growing number of employers to cut the hours of their workers, and according to one study by the UC Berkeley Labor Center, at least 2.3 million workers are at risk. This provision of the health law is not in the best interests of the country, and it needs to change."

ROFLMAO!!! Yep! We have to pass it to see whats in it. Like plugging your toaster into a 240 3 phase outlet to see if it will work. Then, when the smoke clears, do it again. Arrrrrrrg!!!!

The funny part is they use a study from Berkley. Like nobody else has been saying this the last few years. They of course just didn't listen but if the kooks from Berkley say so then it must be true. lol

I've had to switch Dr's quite a lot over the years. They used to fall in and out of "physician groups" or cancel their contracts with certain carriers or not meet the requirements to be part of the "super special in network group" the insurance companies likes to play around with.

Cry about a lot of things when it comes to health care, but not because you might have to change Dr's. That's just a fact of life.
