It's not anything new imo. Kids used to do that back when I was in high school sometimes after large parties or events. They'd loot a whole store or gas station and take over the place. There'd be so many people the police couldn't even arrest people. They'd be outnumbered.
Yeah I've seen it too, in fact I was once on the receiving end as a gas station clerk. People can blow it off as "not anything new," but by the same token it's "not anything new" if one of the kids gets shot and killed, right?
