Get some klew, my friend! It aint about Romney. It's ALL about GOVERNMENT at all levels putting into place all the mechanisms of tyranny, so that when they feel the time is ripe they can loose their dogs and squish us all beneath their heels. Dont think being liberal will save you from becoming a slave.

Remember: There comes a time when the wealthy privileged class becomes SO rich, SO powerful, that they see themselves as gods, and the rest of us as slaves. At that time there will be some who will serve those gods as priests and house slaves, thinking that they have a route to immortality for themselves, blaming the slaves for their inability to become gods too. How wrong they will find themselves ... but by then it will be too late.

I know you know better.

I contact the members of both houses of congress that are supposed to be representing me and the state of Iowa.

I have contacted the GOP to voice my opinion on the direction of the party, and to call out certain influential individuals within the party.

Does any of this accomplish anything? I don't know, but I have to try. If everyone contacted them to expressed their dissatisfaction and outrage over the state of the nation I believe it would make a difference. Posting on internet forums does nothing other than occasionally spreading some news. Internet forums are for entertainment.

What I have a problem with are people who blindly and faithfully follow a political party as though it were a sports team.

I see no hope in the Democrat Party. Call them what you want... liberals, socialists, Marxists. progressives... the party has been taken over by people who want to fundamentally change this nation into something it was never meant to be. I will never vote for these people.

I had hope that the Republican Party could be salvaged, but recently that hope is fading.

It appears we have two major parties fighting for control of the ever-expanding, all-powerful government. Neither wants to change the heading we are on, but both want to drive.
