What did the except if they rushed in uninvited.....this is wrong and why are homes being invaded by the police without checking for the correct address or something. This is scary......I thought a warrant was a must.

That is what I was thinking, not really surprised this happened in Texas, they are a shoot first, don't worry about questions kind of state.
