Maybe that's the issue. Florida had one.

Rod Stewart - really? Most of his fans need crutches.

Since when do people in their 40's and 50's need crutches lol Actually, a lot of the younger generation go to his concerts. What does age have to do with music anyway.

Boycotts work. Money talks. It may be the only thing that can trump right wing ideology. After AZ passed SB1070 millions of dollars in convention business was lost to cancellations. The following year, the business community, who pulls the strings in the legislature, put the kibosh on any more anti-illegal bills and the governor vetoed the few that made it anyway.

While I know the boycott story is false; if it was true I think the response would be a little more than "oh who cares? I don't even know them."

As someone who lives in Orlando, I know how important it is for cities to book concerts. Especially concerts that will most likely sell out like some of the artists on the list. Basketball season don't last forever. That's a lot of taxpayer money, not to mention revenue for businesses, restaurants transportation, advertising to be lost if artists stop performing in your area.

While I doubt it's likely to happen, you can bet if it ever does there will be some backroom meetings going on quick, fast and in a hurry. While we all sit here ans squabble about what's morally right, the people pulling the strings are just trying to make sure they're millions are protected.

I wonder if any of these people, watched the trial at all. I think most of them are probably hypocrites.
