One of the truest statements I've read on CD today!
it is easy folks who vote for hacks like this do not care
it is just that simple
we will see come election day
I put bets that he wins
that is how low some folks standards are
or no standards at all

Everything you mention involves sex. Personally, I'm much more offended by those who involve us in needless wars of choice, LBJ, MacNamara, Nixon, et al, it's a long list, as well as those who escape responsibility for actions that harm the country with excuses or convenient amnesia. Their private lives should remain private.

Nothing changed, their raging egos remained the same.
Personally, I view such treatment of ones spouse and promises negatively when conducted in a serial fashion.
However, many people just say it's the persons personal life and don't weigh it as anything.
Well, I agree about personal life....if a politician is gay or likes to wear womens clothes or whatever I really don't care. When they mistreat and lie to those closest to them then I think it's not "personal life" protected as it's indicative of thier overall honesty etc.
As such, I think there are a lot better choices out there than Weinerman.
Way to hedge and not take an entirely firm position. That's indicative of your fair-mindedness and lack of an agenda.
Well, he may not be that great but compared to Mark Sanford he's a saint. And that guy got forgiven and reelected. I guess if you can run off with a foreign women, lie to your constituents about getting lost hiking the appalaichan trail (I didn't know it went all the way to Argentina), get caught trespassing on your ex wifes property and then introduce your son to his new mother in law at a campaign rally for the first time and still be forgiven and reelected to office then pretty much anyone can. So much for the moral majority.
The record proves that Republicans are the Immoral Majority. They have a very long list of sexual immorality, with a lot of self loathing homosexuals as well.

You really have no idea about how the men in Washington lead their lives, do you?
What, are we going to have a House of 20 and a Senate of 3?
