Out-of-wedlock births and race hustlers, problematic as they are, do not constitute basic causes of racial disparities. The actual basic causes cannot be mentioned here.

Where did the graph come from? Do you have a source for it? It's not on the Census Bureau site.

Why do I suspect it's going to be some far-right website?

To be fair to lil acorn - which is painful.

P4 on the listed page appears to be the raw data behind that chart.

You have to manipulate a bit to get the same format...but it appears to be the data that drove that chart.

Forget about O'Reilly...Chris Rock summed it up nicely:

Chris Rock - Black People VS. *****z (Bring the Pain 1996) - YouTube

I was raised by blacks in a black ghetto and I can tell you what is holding them back and "keeping them in the ghetto". The answer is....NOTHING! Nothing on Earth is holding them back.

I don't care about the "I'm too poor" excuse. How the hell can someone be "too poor" to not shot somebody, do drugs or get a girl pregnant at age sixteen? How can you be "too poor" to finish High School?

It is not black people living in misery in the inner-cities, oh no, it's the N ^^^^rs

This is one of the fewer places where I agree with most conservatives. Obviously, there are many successful black people in America, but you only need to travel to any inner city in America, and you will quickly confirm that the local culture is highly problematic - it's not one that allows for success. And it is not about skin color, or some fundamental capability in relation to a given race; it is about the way the particular culture has evolved.

Isn't pornography prohibited from being posted on the forum?

None inner city blacks, and hence irrelevant to the thread at hand.

Isn't it obvious? Those are the desperate and destitute inner city dwellers (aka criminals)
