It wans/t because of your type but rather attempt at deflection. There is NOTHING in the constitution that mandates Big Brother programs, quite the opposite the constitution seems to object to them.
It's ironic though that conservatives from GOP always running around with "smaller government" rhetoric voted to extend one of the most intrusive "big government" programs out there.
It's funny as it simply proves that conservatives and GOP are hipocrites and in fact support "big government" ideas as long as they work for them
