According to your link 83 democrats voted against it and 94 republicans voted for it . Seems it was bipartisan

You are misinformed. The "party of less gov't" has NOTHING to do with this bill.

The NSA is part of the dept. Of Defense. Defense IS IN THS COBSTITUTION.

Looks like we found another low information voter.

You are free to "fire" any politician in your vetoing district or state you want.

"Amash said his proposal would only stop the government from sweeping up data indiscriminately but would not interfere with the pursuit of legitimate terrorism investigations. His proposal drew immediate criticism from the Obama administration and key lawmakers. "This blunt approach is not the product of an informed, open, or deliberative process," White House spokesman Jay Carney said in a statement."

"Sen. Dianne Feinstein,D-Calif., chairman of the Senate Intelligence Committee and Mike Rogers, chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, opposed the amendment."

Yep, it is all the fault of the GOP!

You need to get your "random thought together BEFORE you post because most of them make no sense.

Oh I forgot, you have nothing of value to say , so you think being snarky because of mistyped words is a intelligent response..

Keep attaching the dream act to bills and nothing will make it through the house.
Sign it so you can find out what's in it, doesn't exist when Pelosi isn't running the asylum

111 83 DEMOCRATIC (43% No)
205 217 TOTALS (51% No)
So if dems voted close to 70% yes it would have been passed. Its on both parties

It wans/t because of your type but rather attempt at deflection. There is NOTHING in the constitution that mandates Big Brother programs, quite the opposite the constitution seems to object to them.
It's ironic though that conservatives from GOP always running around with "smaller government" rhetoric voted to extend one of the most intrusive "big government" programs out there.
It's funny as it simply proves that conservatives and GOP are hipocrites and in fact support "big government" ideas as long as they work for them
