Interesting I thought 17yo males were not strong enough to take on full grown men. Much less US Marine Vets with combat experience in two wars.
Too bad this officer didnt have time to shoot this piece of trash 17yo.
I wonder if the punk was carrying skittles and fruit punch.
Quote:
While Molina was talking, Gonzalez "struck the victim on the face and then grabbed his legs and threw him to the concrete. (Gonzalez) then got on top of the victim and continued to punch him in the face,
But, but, but Molena asked for it by confronting the teens. He should have stayed in the car.
Sad, very sad indeed. Too bad the events turned out the way they did. Sorry for the officer and his family. Well at least the 17 year old gets to spend the rest of life behind bars, he deserves worse and should be tried as an adult.
The affidavits state Molina identified himself as a police officer and was acting in his capacity as a police officer even though he was not in uniform.
my thinking shows that kid is no 17 yr old and actually 42 yrs of age, next.

'17yo kills Police Officer with bare hands using concrete as a weapon.'
Funny how the Prosecution tried to downplay the significance of concrete, but I like what the Officer Down Memorial Page said - 'Weapon - Human'
I hope this peice of S^&t gets killed before he has to use-up public resources to sustain his azz in our prison system.
