"The U.S. government has demanded that major Internet companies divulge users' stored passwords, according to two industry sources familiar with these orders, which represent an escalation in surveillance techniques that has not previously been disclosed."

Libs, what you folks have to say? Can't blame this on old GWB.

Don't worry, it's OK when a Dem in office does it!

When Obama violates other people's civil rights and individual freedoms he's always justified somehow.

If Snowden had exposed the NSA's mass surveillance during the Bush years the so-called liberals would've been hailing him as a hero. But, because he exposed the NSA's overreach during the Obama years he's now being condemned as a traitor!

Liberalism = Fascism

No one in congress, however, did us any favors by not voting to stop the wholesale harvesting of phone calls and internet messages via the NSA.

Not for a while considering that Obama renewed it instead of vetoing it.

The House could -- and should -- have prevented the bill from reaching his desk. But it chose not to. 196 of 250 Republicans voted for it. 122 of 153 Democrats voted against it.

I suppose you could call it an example of bipartisanship -- Obama and the GOP were on the same side.

No surprise though, his history has been this type of crap all along.

Well, that will certainly change my focus from Benghazi, IRS, NSA, et al. Oh yeah, and 2014. But once I've had a good sleep I'll get riled up again.

These nimrods need to go do fun things with their own body parts and leave us alone. And DO NOT send pictures. We have enough images of what they do just from their job performances.

I have a feeling even chat rooms such as this are being read and watched..after all it is a public forum but they could easily pinpoint us through word phrases in their watch .. they have devices that can read certain words on twitter that come up, that we know as the networks talk about what words are trending.. thtey can also have a file on us . It is more reality than a theory today.
