So it's somehow their fault for acting like teenagers? They have a right to be out, Harrier.

Harrier wonders if the town or county has a local noise ordinance.

If someone is following you a reasonable person would not fear for their well being. Like when I drive home from work, a hbnch of people are following me, I don't punch them in the face.

The guy didn't get punched. They weren't following him. It was an argument over loud music.

If they did, then call the cops. Although I think the loud music issue was ruled unconstitutional.

Carterstamp is a fan of 911.

It may take a few more shootings, but these youth today will learn to respect their elders. This is a result of taking the paddle out of schools and sparing the rod.

How does one define reasonably? In self defense laws, you have the duty to retreat. Not in SYG. We'll see how this one turns out. This guy has been charged with 1st degree murder.
Reasonably believes is really quite simple........
What would the majority of reasonable people believe in the same circumstance?
In other words if you think a jury of your peers would agree.
You have to articulate to investigators that the assailant had the ability and the intent to do great bodily harm or kill you. It helps if you can show their use of unlawful force.

There is a difference between a rod and a gun.

How do you measure intent? See what I mean about it bing subjective? Some people see intent where it doesn't exist.

How does that matter? It certainly doesn't justify being shot at, now does it?

You are really being deliberately obtuse.

All it means is an average person would feel/act the same way
