when people talk about racism,they are talking about racism on a systematic level. Racist black person kills white person.
White police officer arrest Black racist, White prosecutor convicts Black racist. Systematic advantage white people.
Black people can not cause enough systematic un comfort in white people lives to qualify as racist. Racism is systematic action. if you dont like the black people in your neighborhood or place work, there are millions of other neighborhoods or work places that a white person can go to,because the majority of neighborhoods and work places are white.
Here is something important to think about. I'm asking the question here. What is the point in complaining about Black people? What good does it do? Does it bring any solutions?
I say let 'em complain. Nowadays they can't react on their hatred as they did back in the day when they murdered black people for sport, so the internet is the way to go.

Well according to the poll greater percentages of both Blacks and Whites consider most Blacks to be racist.
I find the most interesting statistic, assuming the poll is worth anything, to be that "49 percent of Republicans consider most blacks racist." I think that explains a lot. Nearly half the Republican party thinks that most Blacks are racist.
I reject as absurd however Sowell's overall point that the people most affected by racism should not lead an effort to end racism.
