What are you talking about? You seriously think this is the norm in Texas?

This was over a burglar alarm going off, too. My grandmother used to accidentally set her alarm off once in a while, half the time didn't even hear it. I can't imagine if she had to deal with cops bursting through, guns drawn and ready to shoot!

Little strange that's how you took it, but I guess your understanding of cops being trained on who's house to enter and who's not is limited. Citizens are not to go around willy nilly as you say shooting people and for the most part gun owners are not doing this. As citizens we know there's other crazy citizens out there, we don't expect cops to rush into our house uninvited or the least a warning before entering.

Most certainly not having the WRONG address!

You people wanted a police state, quit complaining. Just **** when it comes to saying the rest of us need to turn in our firearms.

It seems the ignorant comments are coming from NJ. Like nothing like this has ever happened in NJ. Yeah right.

Apparently New Jersey cops, even when off duty, shoot people in other states. Not even a police call.

And just a week earlier, NJ cops shot a chef 24 times in his home after he allegedly attacked them with a knife (what else would a chef attack with).

And some more stellar NJ police work: Police fire seven times, hit the bad guy six times, kill the hostage with one shot.

A man randomly attacked two people with a hammer in NYC a couple of weeks ago. When it happened, I said the same thing you just did, only I substituted Texas with NYC.
