I was talking to Historian Dude. He said the safest food supply in the world. I don't know why you quoted me.

You mean it hasn't been fair for the past two Presidential elections, right?

Once had The freest and most fair elections in the world.

inAdequate (if aging) infrastructure.

Remarkable cultural diversity. Yet the most racist according to progressives

Jazz, Bluegrass and Rock. Agreed

Baseball. Steroids

Excellent universities and great college towns. Unfortunately taken down a woeful path of indoctrination and abuse of student funding.

Our culture of innovation. which is being suppressed by government intervention and social justice. Innovation is being replaced by self-fulfilling mediocrity.

Denim. Proof that some things are timeless

The Boeing 747. Airbus

The Hot Dog. (Apple Pie and Vanilla Ice Cream)

The Bill of Rights. Becoming a shadow of the original glory just 20 years ago

Our military (especially the Army). Now you sound conservative, be careful.

California's Wine Country. SF has cut the water off from the central valley. Wine Country is dying.

There's more, but that's a good start.

There's too much to list, I agree. However, many of the things listed aren't what they used to be. Clever slogans like "it's still the best country in the world" just don't hold water anymore. What I like most (miss) is the Bill of Rights and the Constitution taken literally. Not interpreted and revisioned by some bureaucrat or professor with an agenda.

EVERYTHING anyone can list, from Kentucky rifles to Microsoft came after that simple premise.
