I think I've watched Bill O'Reilly maybe 6 times...and his talking points on 7/29 was spot on.
That's all fox does is race bait. His entire segment was trying to bash the black community and Sharpton. All bill o and fox does is tries to paint blacks, other minorities, and everyone else that isn't a far right wing nutjob into some kind of horrible people that do nothing but bad for the nation.

Trump has fallen all over himself praising Lil Wayne. Apparently, the fondness is mutual as The Donald is named within the lyrics of one of Lil Wayne's raps, Rack on Rack.
