Republican, does not make one a conservative.
Ask Mitt "I'm a Progressive Republican" Romney about that.

I am glad he lost the election. if America is dumb enough to give this man a second term it deserves to be punished with his policies, I wish it could be only be those who voted for him..

I'm a fan of 12 years, and out

Either six congressional terms, two senate terms, or any combination of the two that equal no more then 12 years total, combined.

Then repeal the 17th amendment and get the senate back to supporting the states, instead of flipping off their states and conspiring together in partisan bickering and adopting the "in-the-beltway' agenda mentality.

Who said I had to subscribe to your idea of conservatism to be a Republican? You sound like those bearded jihadist crazies that they only their interpretation of Islam is the correct one, all others are wrong and must be excluded

Why do you think so many politicians chastise people to exercise their right to vote, and push as many people as possible into voting? It's because the more uninformed, ignorant voters, the more the politicians can lie, deceive and propagandize, and the better they are able to buy votes with throw away lines of chicken in every pot type rhetoric.

It won't matter if we have term limits for the politicians, the staffers run Washington and the government. Most people know that.

I support term limits, decrease "benefits", no pensions, and heavy penalties (minimum jail time 5 years and ZERO tolerance) for violation of ethics and law... of course, those politicians would never go for it, all of them would be in jail... including the President...
