I don't know. I just said I don't put any thought into why those who use them do so.

They fall into one or more of my 3 categories...no doubt.

This is by no means a scientific endeavor by me. Ghetto living, not being truly "white" or "black" and over 15 years in the criminal justice system has yielded a pattern that is undeniable: racists, ignorants/low lifes
and criminals use racial slurs. I've yet to hear a racial slur come from the mouth of those close to me.

I don't use racial slurs and I am not offended if someone calls me a cracker or redneck. I don't know about white trash? I would probably just ignore that.
