Really? Google is your friend....wow...anything negative about Obama and they come out to fight.....

People need to get the blinders off.

And NO I do not think we should investigate again if Obama was born here...

Thank you!

Well maybe if Obama would unseal ALL of his academic records we would know...

Kind of strange don't you think?

WHICHEVER EXISTED

This or that, whichever you had before...

Both options available. Only one applies.

Again, under what circumstance(s) is one a native-born citizen but not a natural-born citizen?

No, you did not.

Under what circumstance(s) would the USCIS restore native-born citizenship instead of natural-born citizenship?

applications are only retained for a few years after the student has attended. occidental's record retention policy is such:

APPLICATION MATERIALS FOR STUDENTS WHO ENTER Acceptance Letters 5 years after date of last attendance
Applications 5 years after date of last attendance
Correspondence 5 years after date of last attendance
Entrance Exams and Placement Scores 5 years after date of last attendance
Letters of Recommendation Until Admitted

NONE is a perfectly adequate answer.

If I have three apples and I give them all away, how many apples to I have left? NONE.

NONE is the answer to your question. The USCIS would be restoring citizenship to a native-born citizen who is also, therefore, a natural-born citizen.

But there ARE circumstances where the USCIS could restore citizenship to a natural-born citizen who was not a native-born citizen. See how that works?

I know...I have never seen so many people follow a president so blindly-

I voted for Clinton and I knew what a sleaze he was (and is).

none of them are "sealed". they are private records that are protected under the same FERPA laws that protect yours and mine.
