So, the State Department has no opinion on that issue. How does that help you?

You are asking us here to find a judge that agrees with you.

SPOILER ALERT:

There are none.

It should be reiterated that this issue was first raised by a Hillary Clinton campaign worker,....
false.

Barackryphal: The Secret Origin of the Birthers

there were no such claim from any clinton campaign worker. there were clinton supporters that were early, but not the first, birthers. most notably phil berg that started the first birther lawsuit.

And that is why the INS distinction is Constitutionally irrelevant. All native born citizens are also natural born citizens.

He has been elected twice. The election has been unanimously certified by Congress twice. He is in his 5th year as president. More than 200 court cases challenging his eligibility have failed.

How again do you hallucinate that his eligibility is in doubt?

Never.

(That's 8 times you've asked. When are you going to realize the answer will not change?)

The disconnect to reality is truly astounding.

What makes you think he received a free ride?

The same reason no president in all of American history has ever voluntarily done so. If you can answer that question for Ronald Reagan, you'll have answered it for Obama.
