Kids can be taught manners. Many parents think its cute or don't have control. My son acted up when he was a toddler at stores. That's when you pick them up like luggage and walk out. From then on he knew he has to behave.
Any parent who says their child has never made a "mess" while eating similar to the one in the photo is a gdamned liar. Kids are messy. I just can't believe the anger about this photo. I've worked in numerous restaurants (before having kids) and never once did I think the mess left behind was indicative of bad parenting. I thought it was indicative of small children not having hand eye coordination. SMH
So I should be a prisoner in my own home because some parents can't be bothered to, oh, I don't know, parent? You're still blowing what I've said way out of proportion. Your mouth has exceeded your ability to back it up. It happens to the best of us. Have the maturity to acquiesce gracefully.
Dramatic much? When we go out in public we are all "subjected" to other people's behaviors. Part of living in society. Best get used to it before you become a "prisoner".

Don't you know? Anyone who might inconvenience these people should be locked in a basement and fed through a slit in the door. I bet many of the people who are complaining about kids are also the same people who believe in "smokers' rights".
