How about we find out what the true motive was?
After all, if liberal activists can stir the pot and find racism in treyvonn martins case, why not here?
Well there can be no doubt that a 13 month old white infant was a Racist!
The witness is Sherry West who made a positive ID. I don't have a dog in this fight and haven't followed it closely enough - but it seems it's not a slam dunk.
AFAIK the only evidence is Sherry West's account - no physical evidence. West's older daughter says her Mom has given conflicting stories and the next day asked about how quickly she could get insurance money. Her husband is a convicted felon, had gun residue on him, and has conflicting alibis.
Her older son was killed when he attacked someone with a knife - only relevant in that it reflects on her parenting. Plus she married a felon. As C-J said:
I posted a Timeline of the case a couple of pages back - the Police got a "tip" from the Aunt of one of the boys - she saw the gun in the waist band of the other boy. West picked them out of a Photo Line-Up of 25. A Grand Jury was convened and voted that they had enough evidence for a Murder trial - as stated before, they have the gun that was tossed in the pond, those that tossed it in the pond are going to trial.
It's certainly worth going to Trial instead of being tried in the Court of Public Opinion.
This new type of "Trial" ..... "let the public decide" is not a good direction to go. On the UP side - we are not subjected to cute baby & kiddie pictures of the 'alleged' Killers.
Well besides her. All they have is her story and a gun.
I haven't read of their stories though.
Just the grandma of the 15 year old saying he was just an innocent bystander.
He was a truant because he was skipping school. The police used school attendance records to find him.
Neighbors heard the gunshots and came to investigate immediately.
Options:
1) it was those two kids
2) it was 2 different black kids
3) the killing was planned for the insurance money. Mom let dad kill their child in cold blood.
4) Dad killed their child in anger and Mom is covering up for him.
3 and 4 are highly unlikely leaving 1 and 2.
So, this makes it all OK for the two kids shooting a 1 year old?...A smear campaign.
You wouldn't by chance be one of that Martin kids friends would you?...I seem to have missed all of you at the trial, talking up what a wonderful guy he was.
..As a matter of fact, other than that girlfriend there was no one else that I am aware of...??? I wonder why they did not have people talking about him?

Would you enlighten us regarding the "updates?" I see none, unless you are counting the bizarre headline and end line. Can someone please show me where there is any evidence to suggest that this child was killed by someone other than the man who was indicted for the crime? How in hell does that headline get written, let alone get released for publication? There were several witnesses AT THE SCENE, and none of them ever said the father was there.
