Snowden gave it to the Guardian who let the world know of our first class domestic and global spying program.

Obama is the one that resorted to name calling to feel better about himself.
Russia came back with "Act like and adult" and even Kerry had to grovel and concede that we have to do better.

I could care less about how Putin feels. I do care though that the President of the United States is acting like a spoiled child who didn't get his toy.

Obama has greatly reduced his chances of getting Snowden back with this behavior.

Exactly what "name" did Obama call the right's new hero, Putin?

If you don't think that Putin isn't getting something from Snowden in return for asylum, you would make a very good citizen during the Stalin era!

I'd gather to say concern for our Foreign relations.
This is no way to handle and improve them.

Obama has a responsibility to us all to use his mouth in a like manner.

FYI, Putin isn't, and wouldn't, send Snowden back until Putin has extracted every bit of classified info and intelligence out of Snowden anyway. I can't believe people here are defending Putin because Obama might have hurt his feelings!!

Putin and Stalin
Idolizing. That's funny. Would that be the same idolizing that Obama supporters extend to him?

It's very simple.

As the President of a country, it is not in good form to belittle the President of another country, even an enemy, but there are a few Presidents that don't care about the impact because the President who represents the country - that country will always be an enemy. Putin (regardless of what you think of him) doesn't go around belittling Obama, because that's not what Presidents do.

Regardless of what each President believes or how they run their country, a President, from any country, would not be building good relations if he went around insulting the President of a country that doesn't agree with him or chooses to run their country differently. He ends up alienating countries or making enemies. It took a long time to get Russia to come as close as it was to the US, and in a very short time Obama is resetting the clock to a time when the US did not have a good relationship with the US.

I think our foreign relations with Russia was ruined when Putin offered asylum to a traitor of the US in order to extract classified info and intell. Geeze people!!! Don't be so anti-Obama that you become total fools!!!

Better go back and read up on what your idol actually said then before coming here defending him.

Send Putin (Stalin's predecessor) a card of apology.

Russia said any discussion about Snowden is off the table. It's a closed topic and not open for discussion.
They won't send Snowden back to a country that could put him to death.
And this is in spite of Holder saying he won't kill or torture Snowden if he comes back.
