The toy gun in question is quite realistic looking and could easily be mistaken for a real one. If someone pointed one at me I'd run them over too if I was in my car. See how they have those orange caps on the end? In this case it didn't even have that.

Sure, you do that in NH during hunting season and you will go to jail a very long time. In fact you do that to a guy in open carry with a hand gun in NH, and you will go to jail for a very long time for that too. Not to mention you just broke TOS.

using the slippery slope mentality of the liberal and social justice set, we can conclude that if the newspaper publishes a list of residences that have firearms it would be ok to burn down their homes because they might one day commit a crime....your choice of imaginary crime they may commit.
So we now know that the guy was walking down the street carrying a gun, pointed it at the woman in the car & she hit him with her car. What's the controversy here? How was she to know it wasn't a real gun if it looks like a real gun & he also points it at her? Would not all of you do the same thing?
