This info isn't that valid, but 54% of rapes in the US go unreported.
I can't say for the rest of the world, but I assume that it's just as high or higher.

Here are statistics. Individuals in Germany are more than twice as likely to be a victim of a crime than individuals in the United States. Individuals in the U.K. are nearly three times as likely to be a victim of a crime than individuals in the United States.
