I guess they should hold trials in Navajo also then?

"The Court Interpreter’s Act of 1978 created a standard for legal proceedings in that any person appearing in federal court has the right to a qualified interpreter. Further, federally funded agencies, including those at state and local levels, must provide language access to clients or risk violation of the 1964 Civil Rights Act."

I am advocating for people to learn the language of the country they reside in. Nice try at spin though.
