I want to appreciate other nations and perhaps live in one, but I have an issue with parents who don't agree. They are pretty right-wing, especially my father figure, and don't openly say that other countries are as good as America it seems. I'm not even a total liberal myself, but I just want freedom of movement. I sound like a traitor to my parents sort of.

I wouldn't engage in a debate about one country being better than another. I would talk about the desire for life experience and seeing the world.

That's up to you, kid. There's a difference between wanting to live in another country because you want the experience and wanting to dump your American citizenship because you don't like the guy in the Whitehouse.

There are a lot of people who have dual citizenships. There's nothing wrong with that.

4/10, would not troll again.

Edit: Should give the benefit of the doubt that he might be 10 years old.

How do you not have freedom of movement in these United States?

I'm (not) surprised no one above me has asked, is this a serious question?

Probably not, but it deserved an answer anyway.

Teacher always told us that there is no such thing as a stupid question. I was giving the op the benefit of the doubt

It may not be. If it was, then the OP got some responses. If not, none of the responses have been the drooling type the OP would have expected.

Interesting....At any rate, I don't see anything. "traitorous" here. Unless the OP wishes to take up arms against the US while in a different country, or provide information overseas, with the intent of harming the country or for profit. The definition of "traitor" does not fit anything posted.
