Perhaps they are hoping for a "Chik-fil-a" bounce?

This will become a jobs bill for the youth of this country. As the job creators cut hrs. more employees will be needed to fill those open hrs.
This chain is typical for most of its size, hiring at minimum wage, except during daytime when school is back in session. Those Hrs. will still need to be covered by there few full time employees.

Like it or not, a companies responsibility is to stay afloat and functional, not to provide overpriced government mandated health care to it's employees. This is a natural reaction to the ACA and we are going to see a lot more of this.

Under ACA it was 30 hrs.. Under the ACA those employees will be able to buy coverage through the exchange in their state. They will be able to get the tax credit to help them pay for their coverage. Instead of the company getting those credits they will now go to the indivdual.

Malls will be shutting their doors.

Because we all know the Repubs are poor and on welfare and SNAP so they don't shop in the malls

Considering I'm sure the majority of employees at stores like this are teens or early 20's who would obviously qualify to be under their parents insurance (I believe it's until 25 or 26, right?), it makes sense they wouldn't have to offer them insurance. I look at it as a logical positive reaction to ACA.

I guess they haven't had any accountants checking the tax laws.
They were able to write off and earn tax credits.
So now it will go to the individuals.
See This is a conservative healthcare law,it gives the individual the ability to buy there own coverage and get the tax credits that companies get now.

Nothing wrong with the power to the individual.

Haven't heard that as in NC. Here they are to busy using tax dollars for private schools. Counties cutting because of lower funding from state.
